John Wiedemann

John graduated from St. Norbert College in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He began his dream career working for the family business as a commercial lines account service representative. In 1991 he moved to the commercial sales department and specialized in small closely held businesses. In 2001 he became Vice President of Commercial Operations where he worked with large commercial clients. In 2008 he was named President of the agency. He lives in St. Charles, IL with his wife and his three children. When not working, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and two golden retrievers.



Dianne Raleigh

Dianne is a third generation Agency Principal of Joseph M. Wiedemann and Sons, Inc. and has worked at the agency full time over 30 years.  Dianne graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting.   After passing the CPA exam, she worked in public accounting for 6 years until her father asked her to join the agency staff as the agency was growing at a fast rate, along with the increased need for in house automation.  Dianne is CFO and concentrates on the back office administration of the agency.  She loves to travel and spend time in and on the river near her second home in Louisiana with family and friends.



Ned Cooke

Ned graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Risk Management and a minor in Economics.  After school he started and ran an internet service provider.  After selling the business in 2005 he joined the agency as a producer.  In 2016 he became a partner in the agency and now manages the sales and marketing for the agency.  When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at church, and vegetable gardening.



Dave Gotsch

After graduating from Southern Illinois University he began his insurance career. David possesses over 30 years of Insurance industry experience on both the carrier and brokerage/consulting sides of the business. In 1990 Gotsch joined United HealthCare of Illinois (UHCI) as Vice President of Sales, and in 1996, Gotsch founded DRG Risk Management located in Wheaton Illinois.  In 2012, DRG merged Joesph M. Wiedemann & Sons. Gotsch, his wife of 30 years and their four children reside in Winfield, IL.


Mary Carlisle

Mary Graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.  After graduation, she spent 10 years as a Senior Commercial Casualty Underwriter working directly with large agencies and brokerage firms.  After taking time to raise her family, she decided to return to work for the agency side of the business.  Mary has over 15 years’ experience as a personal lines account manager. She enjoys working with her clients to find solutions to their insurance needs and concerns.  She has earned a CISR Elite certification.  She has two adult children and two rescue dogs, one of which is a Therapy dog.  She spends most of her free time dog walking, bicycling, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.



Nancy Tonkinson

Nancy is an account manager for personal lines here at the agency. Her duties include answering questions about coverage, offering additional insurance products and taking claims. She has been licensed in insurance and working customer service for 27 years. In her spare time, she volunteers at her church and especially likes working with children.



Theresa Reppen

Theresa first started in the insurance business back in 1984, but took break to have her children and be a preschool teacher, and decided to jump back into insurance with the agency in 2009.  She began as a Commercial Assistant, moved to Personal Lines for about a year and is now back in Commercial Lines.  She enjoys the challenge that comes daily with Commercial Lines as well as the relationships she develops with her clients.  In her down time, Theresa enjoys bowling, movies, and hanging out with her friends and family.



Matt Stalter

After graduating from Illinois State University in 2009, Matt began his career as an insurance producer in 2010. He joined the agency in 2015 as a commercial insurance producer. Matt is a worship leader at Riverside Community Church and enjoys golfing, fishing and hanging out with his family. Matt is married to Ashley and has a son and a daughter.



Lauren Winter

Lauren moved to Illinois from Delaware in early 2015. Lauren began her insurance career in June of 2015 and moved to the benefits team in November of that same year.  She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Kevin, and their two dogs, Bella & Gunner. Lauren is an avid plant lover, gardening and collecting houseplants, and enjoys spending time outdoors preferring the trip off a beaten path.



Shannon Reppen

Shannon has been with the agency since 2011.  She started here as general office help before getting her Property & Casualty license and moving up to her current position as an Account Manager in Commercial Lines.   She enjoys the variation in daily activities that Commercial Lines offers.  In her free time she enjoys trying new restaurants, crafting & spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Dash.



Sara Davis

Sara started with the Agency in 2016 with basic office duties, but quickly moved her way up to the Commercial Lines & Administrative Departments. She currently holds multiple job duties and assists with many tasks to ensure that the Agency runs smoothly and efficiently. She is not afraid of heights or trying new things – both inside and outside of work. Sara spends her spare time playing with her dogs, kayaking, cooking, and watching the Packers and Cubs games.



Amanda Knott

Amanda graduated Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL in 2009 with a degree in education. After working in the education field and traveling around, Amanda was drawn back to the area to be near family. Amanda felt a strong pull to the health insurance field; as she enjoys the challenge of the consistent change to the health insurance world and to help navigate these changes with her clients. In her spare time, Amanda loves to read, go to movies, and loves to paint.



Jordan Eiring

Jordan graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Investigation and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2018. This is her first step into the insurance world as she joined the benefits department at the agency in 2019. In her free time she enjoys going to the zoo, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband, also named Jordan, and rescue dog, Jersey.



Megan Roehrig

Megan started her insurance journey with our agency in May of 2019. She started as the receptionist and has now become the office assistant, assisting both personal and commercial lines. She is thankful for all of her helpful coworkers and the wonderful environment that she gets to work in every day. Megan enjoys spending time at her family lake house in central Wisconsin and loves everything about her dog, Jack. Catch Megan watching DA BEARS during the football season. Bear Down!



Laura Cenci

Laura graduated from the College of DuPage majoring in Art and Computer Science. She worked in the restaurant/service industry for over 10 years then began her career as a software engineer in the aviation industry.  Laura is excited to make the switch into insurance and become one of our newest producers in the benefits department.  When she is not working, she loves riding her bike, going to concerts, and traveling with her boyfriend. She is also a closet artist and a dedicated cat mom to Sebastian and Felix.

Kendra Porter

Kendra began her insurance career in 2017. She began working on the operations/general office side before eventually making a switch over to her current position as a commercial lines producer in early 2019. Kendra enjoys meeting new people and learning about their businesses while helping them better understand their insurance program. Outside of work, Kendra likes to stay active by going on hikes and runs with her dog Sadie. She is an animal lover with two furry babies, Sadie and Lola.


Jim Michaels

Jim Michaels graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2004. He then taught history in Chicago for years before joining the team at Joseph M. Wiedemann and Sons. In addition to immersing himself in the world of Benefits and helping his clients navigate the world of insurance, James also lives in worlds of his own creation by writing USA Today Bestselling novels. As a husband and father, James believes family comes first and feels right at home with Wiedemann.
